The Waters’ town square is the heart of the neighborhood. Not only is it a great place for events and gatherings, and the site of our pool and community pavilion, mail center, outdoor kitchen and neighborhood fire pit, it’s also home to a growing collection of shops and services.

The Town Center also features Cindy Barganier Interiors, Design for Living Counseling, Pike Road Dental, and Tim Trulove Orthodontics at The Waters, with more businesses planned in the future.
