TABATA is a style of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) wherein you work for :20 and rest for :10 for a total of 4:00 at a time. The goal here is to limit your rest time in order to maximize your energy output to spike your metabolism into burning stored energy like a furnace!
*Modifications will be given for every exercise for any fitness level!
This class will run as a specialty class for the month of March on Tuesday evenings from 5:45 – 6:15pm at Life Spring Fitness at The Waters!
First class will meet TOMORROW March 6 at LSF!
