Boot Camp is BACK for Summer 2016!
Life Spring Fitness at The Waters is ending the summer on a high note with a 4-week fitness boot camp to help you maintain high energy going into the fall!
RISE Boot camp is an all-encompassing workout program that mixes a variety of functional movements to recruit as many muscle groups as possible to create a dramatic increase in your body’s energy requirements.
This causes your body to burn maximum calories in a short amount of time!
Beginning JULY 18 and ending AUGUST 12, we will meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:30am – 6:00am!
The workout location will change periodically in order to create different challenges throughout the program but we will meet at Life Spring Fitness for the first workout!
LSF Members – $95
Non-Members – $135
* All participants will receive a perk package with a T-Shirt, a towel and a water bottle!
