7th Annual Town of Pike Road Veterans Appreciation Ceremony to be held November 4th

Save the date, and join the Town of Pike Road as we honor our nation’s heroes at Veterans Park on Sunday, Nov. 4!

WHAT: The Town of Pike Road will honor America’s veterans and unveil new bricks in the Walk of Honor at the Pike Road Veterans Memorial, located at 4902 Pike Road. The event will feature patriotic music by the Capitol Sounds, a local honor guard, and special guest speaker Lieutenant Colonel Scott Corey, commander of the 42nd Aerospace Medicine Squadron.

WHEN: Sunday, November 4 – The Capitol Sounds will begin playing at 1:30 p.m. The Ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m.

WHERE: Pike Road Veterans Memorial at Veterans Park, 4902 Pike Road, Pike Road, Alabama. Veterans Park is located in the Historic Town Center near the intersection of Pike and Meriwether Roads.

WHO: All veterans, members of the public and media are invited to attend and be part of this meaningful community event.
