The Town of Pike Road has had a busy week.  The new school site has seen a lot of activity as the contractor is bringing in equipment to start the construction.  The weather is not cooperating. We are expecting to have another few days of rain and possibly snow flurries.  We will keep you posted on the construction progress.  On another note, the school superintendent interviews are scheduled to start this Thursday night.  The Town is hosting a reception for each candidate (starting at 4:30) which will be followed by the public interviews (6:00).  Click here for the School Superintendent Press Release ; media coverage of the Interview Process.
