Today is a wonderful day for Pike Road Schools and the Town of Pike Road. It’s the first day of school for the Pike Road Patriots!  Pike Road Schools (PRS) is a public school system located in southeast Montgomery County, Alabama.  Initially, PRS will serve kindergarten through eighth grade students at the newly constructed Pike Road School. A grade level will be added each year.

From groundbreaking day to the selection of Superintendent Dr. Suzanne Freeman, Waters’ Residents have eagerly anticipated the opening of the Pike Road School! You can take a look back at the construction process on our Flickr Page.

At The Waters, the new school is just a walk, bike or golf cart ride away from the new school via the Trail to Education, a direct path from The Waters to the school for residents.

We can’t wait to see the awesome changes that the new Pike Road School system will bring to our Pike Road Community!
