Life Spring Fitness at The Waters is rolling out a brand new Flow Yoga program in 2017 for our friends and neighbors in and around The Waters, which will be led by a Waters’ resident, Ms. Mary Battaglia!
This program will be a Beginner-level (no prior experience needed), flow-based, recuperative practice focused on healing the mind and body, as well as maintain cardiac health and functional stability in your muscles and joints!
For an introduction, we will be offering a FREE morning yoga session at The Chapel at The Waters on Saturday, December 3 from 8:00 am-9:00am!
Come relax with friends and neighbors, release the stresses of the work week and unwind in a unique, spiritual atmosphere!
We will have some equipment but you are encouraged to bring your own mat!
