Season of Giving Holiday Collections Drive Continues

The Town of Pike Road will be collecting items for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, as well as the Food Pantry at Woodland United Methodist Church until noon on Dec. 20.

Some of the items often needed by patients in local Veterans facilities and the Food Pantry include:

• Personal hygiene items such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, deodorant, hairbrushes, dry skin cream and razors.
• Canned meats, canned fruits, spaghetti sauce, and powdered milk.

Donations can be dropped off at Town Hall (9575 Vaughn Rd) on weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. until noon on Dec. 20. Thank you to everyone who has already made a donation – your contributions are making a difference in our community!
