Popular Montgomery Restaurant Expands to The Waters

Pike Road, Alabama – November 2, 2021 – NYC Gyro, a popular Montgomery restaurant, is expanding to Pike Road. A third location is set to open on Thursday, November 4^th at The Waters Town Center. NYC Gyro currently has brick & mortar locations in downtown Montgomery and near Maxwell AFB. They also have two food trucks, one of which is contracted to stay on campus at Auburn University.

“During the pandemic we were able to serve the neighbors of The Waters from our food truck. We fell in love with the neighborhood and the area. Once we discovered that a restaurant space was available in the Town Center, we jumped at the chance to become a permanent part of the community” Syed Peer, NYC Gyro Owner.

NYC Gyro joins a growing collection of shops and business at The Waters Town Center which includes a coffee shop, childcare center, gym, dental office and more. NYC Gyro is best known for their Lamb Gyros. Their menu features Mediterranean dishes with a mix of American classics, like cheeseburgers and chicken fingers. The restaurant space also has a market area that will be open soon for visitors to grab small grocery and convenience items.

The new location at The Waters officially opens at 11 AM on Thursday, November 4^th with a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony. Hours for the new restaurant will be Tuesday-Sunday, 11 AM – 8 PM and it is located at 61 Bridge Street, Pike Road, AL 36064.
