We’re celebrating National-Adopt-a-Shelter-Pet day all week! As we lead up to our Pet Parade and Adoption event on Saturday, April 29th, we’re highlighting a few reasons why shelter pets are a wonderful addition to your family.

Miss Maizey, pictured below, was adopted from the Montgomery Humane Society 3 years ago! Since then, she’s won the hearts of many and even made a few guest appearances in our Life at The Waters video! That makes her an A-list star in our book. Shelter pets do great things!

We hope to see you this Saturday! Even if you’re not ready to adopt, this event is a great chance to enjoy a fun day at The Waters.
