This morning we had the opportunity to witness a flock of birds flying in formation over Lake Cameron, Montgomery County’s largest lake. Many types of local and migratory birds use The Waters as their sanctuary. Experiencing nature up close is another reason why we #loveTheWatersAL.

At The Waters, we not only respect nature, we nurture it. With acres of natural areas, an abundance of beautifully landscaped parks and miles of lakeshore, The Waters is known for natural beauty. Experiencing nature at The Waters is easy. Start your morning off walking or pedaling around the streets or sidewalks that envelope the entire community. Spend an afternoon relaxing at a park. Or set out on the lake to share the tranquility with local and migratory birds that use The Waters as their sanctuary.  Take an early morning golf cart cruise to watch the sunrise and nature come alive.  Sit on your front porch or one of our lake side piers and watch the sunset over the horizon.  There is a lifestyle at The Waters Pike Road that cannot be found anywhere else in the River Region.
