It’s a little cold outside, but Barbara was able to tell me all about The Waters’ Amenities using this great map. Three neighborhood lakes, world-class fishing, marina, docks, two pools, 5-lighted tennis courts, playgrounds, a grilling station, outdoor fireplace, neighborhood green space and trails, Town Center, the Bark Park, annual neighborhood events … Whew! The list keeps going. But my favorite is the Trail to Education! As a future Pike Road Patriot, a short commute is important to me. Sign me up. This place sounds like paradise.
