Summer 2016 Recap

School’s officially back in session and we’re daydreaming about the awesome summer we had at The Waters in Pike Road, AL!

The first annual Music in May event, held each Sunday in the month of May, was a great success! Residents and Friends gathered at Town Square for live music, a little relaxation and beautiful views at The Waters. We can’t wait to continue this event in 2017!

Penton Farms joined us all the way from Verbena, AL! They provided our fresh veggie fix on Wednesdays at the Town Center farmers market, hosted by H2O Cafe & Market.

Our younger (and young at heart) residents had a great time at the Kids’ Club events planned throughout the summer by our neighborhood association. Click the links below to view the fun!

And don’t forget to come out for our last Kids’ Club Event, the Back to School Splash Bash at the Lucas Point Pool & Pavilion. We’ll have hot dogs, Nancy’s Italian Ice, games, and prizes … Don’t miss out on the fun

We began construction in our newest neighborhood at The Waters, Dawson Creek, and hosted a Parade Village showcasing our New Homes during the GMHBA Parade of Homes.

In June and July Our Residents pulled out all of the “Stars and Stripes” for Flag Day and the 4th of July – check out the decor here and here. The Waters also acted at the host site for the Town of Pike Road’s annual Summerfest. You can check out a recap of Independence Day at The Waters, and catch some great firework shots here: #pikeroad4thofjuly.

We can’t wait to continue the fun this Fall and Winter! Check back for updates on all of our neighborhood events!
