GMHBA’s Parade of Homes begins this weekend
MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) –
The Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association is holding its annual Parade of Homes beginning this weekend.
GMHBA will host the Parade of Homes over a two-week period beginning this weekend and June 8th through the 10th from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The year’s showcase includes ten developments located throughout the River Region Area: There are three developments located in Pike Road, which include Woodland Creek, The Orchards, and The Waters. There are five developments in Montgomery, which include The Ridge of Sturbridge, Hampstead, Stoneybrooke Plantation, New Park and Thorington Trace. There is also one development located at Grand Park in Millbrook and Development located at Pebble Creek in Prattville.
The homes located in the showcase can be found by downloading the Parade Craze App. They can also be accessed by visiting the GMHBA’s website.
This year’s showcase home is located in the Woodland Creek Development of Pike Road. The home, built by members of the Association, is being constructed with the latest in design trends and ideas.
