This October, the Town of Pike Road is celebrating 20 years since incorporation! The Town has been hard at work planning a week full of events for the whole family. Take a look at the lineup, and click to learn more about each event.

• Sunday, October 22: Founders Week Kickball Kickoff. Neighborhood teams will face off in this round-robin kickball tournament that is sure to start Founders Week on the right foot.
• Monday, October 23: Open House: Celebrating 20 Years. Stop by Town Hall during regular business hours to see visual displays depicting the history of our town.
• Founders Day, Tuesday, October 24: Open House: Celebrating 20 Years. The Open House will continue during business hours on Tuesday, but we will be joined by special guests for after-hours conversation until 7 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 25:R.A.Y.E.R. Team Circle of Encouragement followed by the Historic Pike Road School Dedication at 6:30 p.m. If you are an alumni of the Historic Pike Road School who is interested in sharing your memories, please reach out to Liz.
• Friday, October 27-Saturday, October 28: 6th Annual Pike Road Plein Air Paint Out. Founders Week will wrap up with the Plein Air Paint Out, which promises live painting demonstrations, a quick-draw contest, an art sale with original pieces featuring the Town of Pike Road, and more.

The Hay, Look at Us! competition will draw to an end during Founders Week, and winners will be announced on Founders Day, Tuesday, Oct. 24. We encourage you to stop by our website for a map and drive around the Town of Pike Road to see these completed creations later in the week.
