Town Center

The Waters’ town square is the heart of the neighborhood. Not only is it a great place for events and gatherings, and the site of our pool and community pavilion, outdoor kitchen and neighborhood fire pit, it’s also home to a growing collection of shops and services.

The Town Center also features Cindy Barganier Interiors, Design for Living Counseling, Pike Road Dental, and SG Cook & Company Accounting, with more businesses planned in the future.
